Just a tip for those trying this and getting a failed case: Although it's not clearly spelled out in the description, H:15 should be described as "quarter past ", not "fifteen minutes past ".
I normally don't have issues with the problem text and reading it, but in this instance I wasn't sure about the H:15 marker since it isn't clearly stated; I was able to infer that through a combination of a single failed test case and an assumption based upon the example shown for 5:45.
