It seems to me that there are only three columns that are unique: student id, course code, and course instructor. The could be more than one instructor teaching the same course. Student name, student dob, student doe will all be the same as student id; it is redundant information. The unique columns are in the candidate key, and the others are dependent as explained by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_normal_form .
