Dynamic Link Sharing: Proposed and developed a system for sharing form data via dynamic links, significantly reducing processing time and enhancing user satisfaction. Beta Rollout Implementation: Engineered and launched a streamlined policy re-issuance process, enabling quick form auto-fill for failed proposals and drastically reducing re-entry time. Custom AWS Solutions: Devised a custom AWS Lambda function to enhance message processing efficiency and reduce error handling time by selectively redriving messages. Project Leadership and Maintenance: Led a major project for a live production portal, implementing a new frontend form configuration and currently overseeing the portal's maintenance. This includes addressing real-time issues and optimizing performance for over 500 daily users.
