Turing Cup is a coding contest conducted by Turing Hut - The coding club of VNR VJIET and sponsored by KC Overseas and WE3 Infra. The contest is conducted in 3 rounds.
This is the first round of contest and shortlisted teams will recieve futher information about the remaining rounds. All the best from team turing hut and we hope to see you in the next round.

Prizes

  • The total prize pool for this contest is upto ₹50,000
  • 1st Place - ₹20,000
  • 2nd Place - ₹15,000
  • 3rd Place - ₹10,000
  • Participation certificates will be provided to all participants who participate in Round-2
  • Merit certificates will be provided to all participants who participate in Round-3
  • please note that the score of this contest will be considered in shortlisting teams for round 2 and prizes mentioned above are for winners of over all contest(Round-3)

Rules

  • The creator of this contest is solely responsible for setting and communicating the eligibility requirements associated with prizes awarded to participants, as well as for procurement and distribution of all prizes. The contest creator holds HackerRank harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, awards, settlements, orders, or fines.

  • A participant can be a member of only one team
  • If any user is found in more than one team, the team will be eliminated
  • All submissions will run through a plagiarism detector
  • The teams involved in plagiarism will be strictly eliminated
  • For any other issues that may arise in the contest, Turing Hut will make a reasonable judgment based on the impact of the issues and the principle of fairness.

Scoring

  • Each challenge has a pre-determined score.
  • A participant’s score depends on the number of test cases a participant’s code submission successfully passes.
  • If a participant submits more than one solution per challenge, then the participant’s score will reflect the highest score achieved. In a game challenge, the participant's score will reflect the last code submission.
  • Participants are ranked by score. If two or more participants achieve the same score, then the tie is broken by the time of the first correct submission of the last solved problem.
