Developing and maintaining knowledge frameworks that align with the organization's business for extracting information, linking data contextually, and implementing Semantic AI to enable new insights. I played a vital role in developing knowledge graphs and working on two significant projects. In the first project, I contributed to the design and implementation of a data quality checking software using knowledge graphs to handle clinical data. This involved leveraging the power of knowledge graphs to ensure data accuracy and consistency. In the second project, I worked on genomics software, specifically on a feature that incorporated a search engine for retrieving research articles from scientific publishers. Implemented search engine functionality using disease, gene, and variant keywords to retrieve relevant articles.

As an employee at Techvedika Pvt Ltd, I was involved in a project focused on biomedical imaging software. The primary objective of the project was to automate the work of radiologists in detecting pathologies in the heart using MRI scans. Volume Calculation: I contributed to the development of algorithms and techniques to accurately calculate the volume of the ventricles in the heart based on MRI scans. This involved implementing image processing and analysis methods to derive precise measurements. Ventricular Wall Segmentation: I played a crucial role in the segmentation of the ventricular walls from MRI scans. This process involved identifying and extracting the boundaries of the ventricular walls, enabling the detection and analysis of pathologies within the heart.
