Communicating directly with clients including Royal Mail, GoPuff, and Getir, assisting with any queries and tasks over live chat (using “Intercom” software), calls over the phone, and email. Communicating with riders who are out on shifts and jobs, offering live, fast-response support when they need it. Empathetic and understanding – no robot responses!
