There I created reference guides in Excel to speed the Employer Relations offices’ research process for finding career newsletters, industry events, and contact resources that aided over 1,924 students in finding jobs and keeping up to date with industry trends and affiliations. I also designed a visual resource using Microsoft Office that summarized six essential Google Keyword search terms and four shortcuts, resulting in a presentation to 5 individuals who were able to find 50+ potential co-ops for students and alumni within the 15-minute meeting.

I was able to expanded existing online and documenting systems for the Alumni Relations department to aid in organizing over 50+ alumni invitations, labels, and programs while creating, sending, and organizing confidential documents for financial records and alumni events. I also added to pre-existing alumni and financial databases of over 100 individuals in an Excel spreadsheet while sustaining receipts and documentation for over 25+ departments' expenditure records for the entire institution.
