ERP Fundamentals - Understand the fundamental concepts of ERP systems, including how they integrate various business processes and functions within an organization.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Develop expertise in using the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, including navigation, data entry, and working with modules specific to your role.

Financial Management - Knowledge of modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Supply Chain Management - Ability to manage inventory, procurement, order processing, warehouse management, and production planning.

Human Resources and Payroll - Ability to manage employee information, payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes within the F&O system.
