1) Google Sheets API: : Used python to automatically update LCV (Low commercial vehicle) and HCV (Heavy Commercial Vehicle) dashboards present in Google Sheets 2) Order Allocation Radius: Prepared a metabase card that helped city teams to decide optimum allocation radius using completed and missed orders data in estimated dry run distance buckets 3) Partner Onboarding Funnel: This Metabase funnel was created to capture the whole partner journey from lead generation, to app downloads, to uploading documents for onboarding, to time taken by the SCMS team to nudge the partner, to being a quality customer 4) Category Dashboard: For defining and refining strategies for a particular vehicle category in a city, this dashboard was able to capture the trend of total demand, completed orders, Stockout, ABRTG orders, missed orders, Fulfillment in a particular cluster and hour of the day
