Looking after major Brands: CARHARTT (Union Wealth) & OJG (One Jeanswear Group). Merchandise the process by having follow-up of fabric, trims, production to meet ETDs & ETA. Arrange PP meetings with buyers and with internal management to execute the production smoothly. Handling the PLM of all buyers to orders execution and trims handling. Handling BCI account for Fabric BCCU’s allotments to specific buyer’s accounts. Handling Fabric, Trims (Before Wash + After Wash) ordering. Looking after seasonal SMS and order sampling process for timely production execution. To handle customers’ orders production / sampling and testing requirement, wash approval & conduct final audits and take care for shipment to reach on time to catch the vessel. Preparation of Cost Sheets and Price Quotation to Buyer. Handling seasonal collection for Buyers according to Market Trends. Timely resolve production issues to speed up the process. Follow up of Shipment Plan and timely execution of orders as per given ETD. Meeting with Brand Heads for new orders availability for production.

Handling customer’s queries & sampling (Proto, Development & SMS). Handling brand trims ordering. Making Cost sheets. Handling internal sampling planning & priorities. Meeting with Sampling Director about timely execution of sampling & SMS submissions. Meeting with Brand Heads for new orders availability for production.
