Trained multiple deep reinforcement learning agents in an ensemble framework. Applied sliding window validation to select best performing agents to trade, addressed common overfitting issue and stabilized returns. Added 12 financial ratios as features of simulated environment, backtest results during the pandemic on Dow Jones stocks displayed great reduction in volatility, Sharpe ratio exceeded baseline by 29%.

Applied supervised regression on physiological data with gradient boosting, CNN and RNN to provide reliable pain-free glucose prediction; Achieved high precisions of 0.6 MSE in individually customized models. Combined Bayesian probabilistic programming with genetic algorithm to optimize data clusters and to improve the prediction of new users by comparing its data distribution to the training pool with logistic regression. Designed data-preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to enhance data quality; Modified data acquisition guidelines and received more stabilized raw data appropriate for Gaussian simulation; Examined data credibility with statistical inference to eliminate bad samples.
