Built from scratch the complex PCI DSS compliant fin-tech product with 10M+ payment transactions monthly, which includes 50+ services such as card payments gateway, alternative payment methods gateway, subscriptions, antifraud, chargeback prevention tool, card data tokenizer etc. Developed the tech team from scratch to 30+ highly qualified and talented specialists: 3 cross-functional development teams, DevOps team and QA team. Contributed to long-term budgeting and strategic direction, leveraging technology investments to support the company's growth and revenue. Monitored and analyzed technology performance, identifying solutions to solve problems with software infrastructure, efficiency, and utilization of resources. Researched relevant new technologies and suggested technological investments that would help the business grow and expand.
