● Collaborated with a dynamic team in an Agile environment, participating in iterative sprints to deliver high-quality software solutions for Operations Manager. ● Utilised cutting-edge technologies such as Angular, SQL, PowerShell, Typescript to develop and enhance software features, improving system efficiency and user experience for operations manager. ● Demonstrated proficiency in Jira, effectively managing and tracking project progress, issues, and tasks, ensuring streamlined communication and seamless project delivery. ● Contributed to the implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging tools like TeamCity and Octopus, to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes, resulting in accelerated software delivery and enhanced development workflow. ● Developed Intern documentation site as a mini project, utilising, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REACT and Vercel deployed at - code-handbook.vercel.app. Site received over 500 unique visitors and was utilised by more than 20 interns during the internship program. ● Refactored old Operations Manager codebase code to utilise the latest angular features and code standard. ● Utilised Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach to ensure robust and bug-free software development. Wrote unit tests before implementing new features or making changes, leading to improved code reliability and easier maintenance. As well as a full test development life cycle. ● Implemented code scanning script to look for unused code variables and generate a report. Which identified over 200 lines of code that needed to be refactored utilising C#. ● Lead the development and introduction to CCP Billing, integrating it with various Verint products to streamline the billing process of each product. Reduced likelihood of errors by 40%, resources required and manpower required to calculate tricky billing plans. ● Ran automated tests with Test Studio and created multiple new tests that caught over 40 bugs.
