Assisted the Marketing team by drawing insights from social media campaigns, events (like Abu Dhabi Food Festival, Abu Dhabi Summer Season, BOGO Birthdays, Taste of Dubai etc.) Made analytics reports on the campaign’s performance by using a strong data visualization tool, Microsoft Power BI. Handled official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for Zomato, UAE and scheduled social media posts, targeting the curated bucket of potential customers. Helped in acquiring new customers by interacting with them through social media platforms and spreading customer awareness about Zomato Gold. Pitched a brand-new social media page launch plan for Zomato’s then baby product, Zomato Gold in UAE. Curated the list of best restaurants in town that shall be shown on Zomato’s mobile app on a monthly basis.
