Working with project called SPARSH headed by Controller General of Defence Accounts. Analyzed large volumes of pension-related data, utilizing SQL queries to solve complex problems. Created PL/SQL Procedures for streamlining of resolution of payment related issues. Assisted in pre checks & post checks analysis and resolution of failed records for monthly pension disbursement. Implemented changes to the pension disbursement process, resulting in a reduction in complaints and an increase in payment accuracy. Provided training and support to junior colleagues.
