A 12-week intensive program where I learned the necessary skill of being a full-stack software engineer, not only hard skills including React.js, Node.js, Express, REST APIs, Express.js, Typescript, Knex for MySQL, software deployment, I learned to deal with criticism, the joy of video-to-text processing for NLP, I flexed my Git collaboration muscle, resolved a tonne of merge conflicts, engaged in successful/unsuccessful teamwork, team management, had been a Scrum Master, practiced soft skills of negotiation, and agile development in Jira, pulled multiple Hackathons, (including one for Spotify for Podcasters), wrote my customer classes in JavaScript for calculating the shortest path with Dijkstra, exercised my pitch at whiteboarding, practices my out of the box thinking of a problem-solving, tried to be different, found my programming voice, and so much more. My extensive note-taking book is 200 pages thick, I'm ready to write a book about it.
