Served as liaison between stakeholders, developers, quality assurance, project managers, and third-party raters to update and maintain Mercury’s Comparative Rater and Aggregator systems for 11 states and 3 line of businesses. Led integrations with third party raters to gather requirements and to manage user acceptance testing. Elicited technical and non-technical requirements for functional requirement documents and defect analysis documents for Mercury’s web based Comparative Rater and Aggregator systems. Executed SQL queries and analyzed XML files to determine fixes for defects and IT service requests. Assisted internal and external teams with support for production issues relating to Multi raters.
