Organic Laboratory Assistant

Preparing 6 experiments, procedures, and schedules that reached 100% targets in the campus for the next six months with my organic chemistry teacher, the laboratory assistant leader, and my 7 co-workers before teaching them to 8 bachelor students alongside. Supervising students on a two-week basis that had a suitable target with the campus’ recommendation alongside my partner. Inspecting 8 laboratory reports written by students after the experiment session with my co-worker which are more than what other assistants perform. The result is the students’ graduation rate that reached 100%.
