• Collected and organized multiple datasets on Covid-19 from reliable sources such as www.canada.ca, www.gov.mb.ca, etc. to use in analysis • Cleaned and manipulated dataset containing 2172 rows and 21 variables using packages like dplyr in the R programming language to build statistical models • Visualized findings from cluster analysis and time series analysis using packages like leaflet, ggplot and plotly • Submitted detailed weekly project reports to the supervisor to get feedback and comments • Applied Zero-inflated negative binomial modelling to dataset for timeseries forecasting • Utilized multiple platforms such as Rstudio Cloud, Shiny Server and to launch web application online ( application can be found at https://wahidd.shinyapps.io/ProjectCovid19 )
