Built a Intelligent-Customer-Help-Desk-with-Smart-Document-Understanding Chatbot. I have built it using the services of IBM Cloud. It is better from a typical Customer Care chatbot since it has an extra feature of Smart Document Understanding through which it is trained on the pre-loaded user manual and when the customer asks a query related to the product, the chatbot uses the Watson Discovery service to search for the answer in the document and gives a relevant answer instead of connecting the user to an agent.
