With a role as a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Search Application, advanced to the development side of search engine applications along with auditing, Search Engine: Advancing to the development side, - Research and Development of applications for feature exploration and enhancements. - Writing and building plugins using C# for application. - Log Analysis of components like Engine, web app, and Indexer to identify, understand, and troubleshoot application issues. - Working with different data source connectors like Drupal, Yammer, Web Crawler, Database, etc. - Ensuring the data validity and quality between Search engines and data sources. Analytics and Dashboard: based on user’s activity on Search Engine, need to present insights to businesses as per their requirement and that includes, - Data auditing and analysis using SQL - API creation and testing with Postman - Developing full-scale custom analytical dashboard (backend + front-end) Support activities: handling support activities to ensure the application is up and running 24*7 including, - Vulnerability mitigation (server and application) - SSL Certification Installation - Incident, Service Request Resolution and Ticket Management - Server monitoring and Disk space monitoring - Root cause analysis for server alert received through Science logic and Dynatrace - Conduct application DR Drill activates Actively supports on-call support
