-> Built a C++ client-side application to convert an audio WAV file into its transcript for almost 10 languages using an open-source gRPC framework. ->Using various classification models, built a custom pipeline for a user-friendly bot developed using the RASA framework which can listen and analyze frequently asked queries by a loan recipient for his/her loan and provides an assigned suitable response for the respective query.
