Worked at Truva AI a YCombinator backed startup, on Data Analysis and data collection for training of powerful LLM RAG based AI agents and performed AI research for internal use. – Worked on Few-Shot Learning for AI agents that can perform functional tasks in CRM softwares like Hubspot, Pipedrive and other SaaS tools to ease software usage and reduce churn rate, LLMs based function calling. – Performed scraping tasks for data gathering, Market Research on Digital Adoption Platforms and CRM systems like Hubspot and Pipedrive, understanding client requirements, wrote technical blogs, documentation of code on Postman and Notion, wrote UI tests, explored various testing software like Datadog , Mabl, Selenium for writing UI tests.
