Took ownership of third-party NSDL and Karza Integration for PAN card verification Automated manual tasks which previously took 25-30 mins, resulted in reduced QA workload, improved team efficiency, and tasks are completed within a few seconds. Worked On team to develop the Personal Loan integrated journey, contributed LOS(loan origination system) enabling PL journey for customer and agents. Developed a new service that consolidated all third-party API calls. Managed the audit and invoicing processes for these API calls, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
