Took ownership of an entire module and supported 4+ manufacturer’s hardware patches using Windows Application Development C++ (Win32). Created 5 Proof of concept for the features requested by the customer, and worked for the feasibility of that also Optimized code-base for better performance, scalability and security. Developed an HTTP Client application in python for detecting the Proper SLAs, which works on developer APIs of Software, which made our 20+ support tech works easy. Handled and Resolved 10+ Escalation within tight deadlines.
