• Gained a thorough understanding of AWS and Azure cloud storage and security solutions. • Utilized Atlassian Jira Service Desk to create a detailed visualization for the Security and Infrastructure Operations Team, to provide a comprehensive status review of all security incidents, cloud security service desks tickets and team performance statistics. • Used Microsoft Azure Defender for Cloud and Cloud Security Explorer, as well as AWS GuardDuty to actively monitor, investigate and act on various types of security alerts. • Audited AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail to view security activity logs and verify security actions. • Worked with a large established codebase in Azure DevOps to perform analysis of existing AWS Backup solutions across development and test environments and identified opportunities for cost-effective improvisation based on cost review findings.

Cybersecurity Summer Intern

• Acquired a knowledge of industrial control systems in the oil and gas field, and integrated cybersecurity. • Completed expert-led tutorials on computer network fundamentals, network security principles and devices. • Explored techniques of network workstation, switch, and firewall system configuration. • Prepared a training presentation on cybersecurity industrial standards in industrial staging areas. • Explored various cyber-attacks on industrial control systems and the cybersecurity methods used. • Successfully led a team of 9 to conduct a qualitative analysis of impact of Software-as-a-Service model in software licensing and applications, and its importance to a SaaS service provider, and present to company VPs. Secured 1st position for my presentation skills and knowledge.
