Project: - Automatic Guided Vehicle ❖ Description: Automatic Guided Vehicle that is used to transport Goods from SMT line to Packaging. The AGV is Autonomous and uses Computer Vision and Image processing for object detection (Multiclass classification: Person Trolly etc.) & navigate itself using SLAM using RP Lidar and Hector SLAM Algorithm, A* Algorithm. Object Avoidance is done with help of Ultrasonic Sensor and TF mini. ❖ Responsibilities: ❖ Software and Programming: – Object Detection & lane Detection, Sensor Motor Interfacing. ❖ Electrical and Electronics: PCB Design and Manufacturing, Electrical Circuitry and Connections, Panel Design. ❖ Mechanical: Design and Manufacturing. ❖ Tools used:- ROS, Intel Real sense, TensorFlow, OpenCV. ❖ Programming: Python3, C, C++.
