Working as level 2 processor where level 1 users process mortgage documents and I audit these documents and send it to the clients. Analyze borrower's critical financial documents and extract data from them. Prepare reports in Microsoft Office Excel on the above information and communicate the insights of these reports to the manager on daily basis. Give feedback to level 1 users on there mistakes. Prepare Power point presentation on new updates received from clients and present to the team.
