IBM Internal, Chief Data Office, Armonk, NY November 2017 – May 2018 • Leveraged Text Mining and Machine Learning to classify Personal Data in Structured Databases in the Information Governance Catalog (IGC) with labeled Business Terms to comply with EU GDPR requirements • Produced documentation and scripts for classifications with Watson Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Classifier (NLC) API’s; trained 3 teammates as a procedure • Created a Python module/class/ package making a dictionary object based on a Business Term and an IGC table (via an API and Java drivers) compatible with Watson Knowledge Studio (WKS); was one of the Phase 1 (end of March 2018) Deliverables to the Stake holders • Led a two-person team for a use case: Graphical User Interface (GUI) that enables a user to view recommendations from our NLC classifier and assign Business Terms to a Database Column of interest by updating IGC.
