During my tenure as a ServiceNow and Java Developer Intern, I have gained comprehensive experience across multiple domains, contributing to both software development and enterprise solutions. My primary responsibility included orchestrating the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC), involving analysis, design, development, system integration, and ensuring robust data security for scalable, high-performance solutions. I worked extensively with the ServiceNow platform, engineering and customizing solutions using advanced components like business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer to enhance process efficiency and improve user experience. I also executed seamless integrations with external systems using MID Server, REST, SOAP APIs, and SSO-SAML protocols, optimizing platform performance while maintaining data fidelity. Additionally, I contributed as part of the Solution Architect team, delivering transformative solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Portals, and Workspaces, aligning technology with business objectives and stakeholder needs. On the Java development front, I designed and developed scalable Java applications using J2EE frameworks, ensuring high-quality solutions through object-oriented programming principles. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement new features and integrate them with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. My work included developing efficient, maintainable code with Spring Boot and Hibernate, optimizing performance, and resolving application issues related to databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. I also gained hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, while exploring emerging trends in Java development and cloud technologies.
