    Participated in development of various features in cell Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OA&M) and Traffic Processor (TP) Operations, Administrations, and Maintenance (OA&M) in EV-DO product. Following are few of the high lights of various projects worked during this period. i. Migrated traffic processor from VxWorks 5.5 to Vxworks 6.2 and utilized features in Vxworks 6.2 to improve stability of product. ii. Development of RNC Event Correlation Server (RECS) process that provides a high level, independent integrity monitoring capability to detect various systems and call failures. iii. EVDO convergence. This project mainly involves moving the hardware initialization of various devices of cell site to CDMA RNC. As this feature involves interaction with cell, cell simulator was developed to simulate the cell behavior and to utilize the lab resources effectively. iv. Brining Cell in Default generic. Interaction is done between cell and RNC using SBSP protocol to communicate on top of TCP. Role and Technologies Used: • As a feature engineer participated in reviewing requirements, design, development and coordinating team members. • In addition to my technical role, supported my manager by providing task delegation. • Used C and C++ in VxWorks environment for development. • Done make file changes to get files from new directory for VxWorks 6.2. • Extensively done unit, feature and performance testing.
