Preparing the technical documentation, all final project closure reports for handing over the project to client along with the audit team. Majorly taken care of Google projects as external workforce.

Troubleshooting the malfunctioned electronic security devices, related servers and databases at various client locations based on the tickets raised. Maintaining proper SLA timelines for closing the tickets. Trainings to the customers and their respective teams to have some basic knowledge on the proper usage of the security systems. Supported major clients including Wells Fargo, STT Datacentres, Microsoft, Facebook, Deloitte, Mylan, Value Labs, Accenture, Dr. Reddy’s and Google.
