Project Migrations: Successfully migrated 50+ projects from ALM to CodeBeamer using a .NET-based solution, ensuring smooth data transfer with minimal loss. This involved analysing data structures, debugging critical migration issues, and implementing validation mechanisms to maintain data integrity. Integrations&Automation: Led the integrationofprojects from JIRA, TFS, and Azure DevOps into CodeBeamer using OpsHub, automating workflows to improve data synchronization and reduce manual intervention. By optimizing these integrations, I contributed to efficiency gains and reduced data discrepancies across systems. Project Configuration & Support: Configured and managed 100+ projects in CodeBeamer, assisting project teams with root cause analysis and providing strategic solutions to enhance Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) operations. My proactive approach helped streamline project workflows and improve system reliability. Innovation & POC Development: Spearheaded the development of a Proof of Concept (POC) for a data archival application, focusing on data retention strategies.
