Experience Details:  30 Months of experience as Technical and Business Analyst in Amdocs India for US and Canada Based clients.  Application Level: -  Ticket analysis, ticket escalation, service interruption analysis, tracking of issue and follow up with relevant support teams for resolutions.  Managing and providing the production support for release and maintenance activities.  Rebooting of WebLogic/Server/Process on daily basis.  Providing the L1/L2 support for different queries from service desk.  Maintaining the application health with monitoring the query execution, Network flow, CPU/Memory utilization, DBMS analysis & server space.  Script writing using Python, JAVA, Unix and MySQL.  Report generation and transfer it to 03rd parties via client-server FTP gateways like FileZilla and WinSCP  Hands on experience with different ticketing tools and Monitoring tools .  Database Level: -  Hands on experience with preparing and executing complex queries.  Extracting records from the database by using SQL Queries.  Knowledge of MySQL, Pl/SQL and Oracle DB.  System Level: -  Managing Backups.  Familiarized with Working on LINUX platform and Oracle.  Tools Used: -  Super Putty, Eclipse, MS Visual Studio SQL developer, HP OVO, SiteScope, BMC remedy, SNOW, ITSM tools, Grafana Dashboards.
