Analyzed registration and attendance data of company’s past events to understand attendee interests and behavior, perform audience segmentation based on attendee’s common interests, creating dashboards in Domo to visualize results and present insights to business, to help market relevant and curated content to customers for future events and plan the release of on-demand demo sessions. Key Activities Performed: • Regular interactions with business to understand their analytics requirements and data problems. • Built multiple cards and dashboards in Domo and Tableau so that business can seamlessly navigate between charts, garner insights, or review past performance, and then formulate their marketing strategies. • Used Python packages to develop ETL pipelines which could efficiently extract, store, clean and transform the data from multiple diverse data sources like Oracle, Snowflake databases and CSV files into a single data warehouse. • Implemented various unsupervised learning(clustering) algorithms like MiniBatch KMeans, Agglomerative clustering and DBSCAN using scikit learn(sklearn) package in Python to find groups of attendees with similar interests and behavior. • Performed audience segmentation of the cleaned events attendance data using machine learning techniques like clustering, after correlating the event attendees to the account segments, to answer questions like: 1. what proportion of the existing client customers, belonging to different segments, attends the event? 2. how many more potential customers are available for marketing of future events? 3. how event topics/content drives attendee participation, and what content appeals to different market segments? • Present the findings and dashboards to business, along with providing support and maintenance. Technology/Skills/Tools Used: • Tools: Jupyter Notebook, Domo, Tableau • Technologies: Python, Snowflake db • Workflow management: Kanban • Skills: Analytics, Machine learning, Data visualization
