• Managed and Improved implementation of ElasticSearch and Redis to reduce latency for DB with millions of records • Fixed query to count outbound SMS which improved count by 3500% • Integrated Google Cloud Talent Solution(GCTS) and wrote migration task to sync DB with google cloud • Improved efficiency to send out 10k+ SMS and 1k+ Calls per day and achieved uptime to 99.3% • Setup Automated testing architecture using Cucumber and Capybara. The frontend is built with ReactJS and the backend is powered by Rails. • Used Dialogflow to create a conversational bot (for FB messenger, SMS, Whatsapp) to gather candidate information. • Integrated Nexmo, Exotel, Dextra to provide calling and doc parsing. • Created a feature to provide the in-app calling feature with optional recording • Worked across platforms e.g. messaging bots, chrome extension to widen product reach.
