Devised and fine-tuned a machine learning multiple regression model (using Python libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Sklearn) accurately predicts housing prices based on various features, such as localities and types of houses. • Achieved a model training accuracy of > 90 % through rigorous optimization and validation procedures. Subsequently, integrated the model with the Flask API endpoint, enabling end-users to interact with a website and obtain results based on the model’s predictions
