Role involved critical thinking and analytical skills in investigating software and infrastructure issues as part of production support activities in a high-pressure environment.  Performed the Git operations such as Pushing and Pulling the code from Git repository and worked on setting up the Bitbucket and Jenkins Multibranch pipeline jobs.  Configured the configuration files for Jenkins pipeline stages and job using Ansible and performed end to end CI/CD implementation.  Worked on Jenkins automation library for complete CI/CD process and set up the environment for the pipeline.  Explored the new plugins for Bitbucket and integrated Jenkins with Bitbucket repositories using Hooks.  Added changes to the stages in the pipeline by configuring Jenkinsfile to get the desired stages (package, publish, deploy, SonarQube analysis).  Set up Prometheus for data collection and visualized it using Grafana.  Resolved 100+ L1 and L2 incidents involving various levels of root cause analysis using IBM RTC tool for Change and Configuration Management.  Managed and resolved IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Change Management (CHM) tickets, tracking change requests, defects, and enhancements across the software development lifecycle.  Collaborated with development, QA, and operations teams to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.  Used RTC tools to manage work items, enforce change control policies, and document change requests and releases, enhancing team efficiency and communication.
