• Led a team of 4 engineers to build and maintain a product tracking system using Rust, SQS, and Lambda to process thousands of transactions a second. • Ramped up on an API used to process thousands of records a second within the first week of starting and found a way to improve the process as well as fixing a bug that brought the accuracy of it up 10% to 97% • Built a utility using JavaScript that deployed code to Lambda in AWS saving 500 man-hours a year. • Built and maintained APIs for use of external customer security using NodeJS with Typescript and a DynamoDB backend to allow employees to access the internal network securely outside the company firewall with JWTs • Maintained a Jenkins CI/CD pipeline to deploy services from dev to prod using terraform and docker which allowed for automation of deployments with unit and functional testing. • Developed a sample application using Swift to demonstrate using NFC card readers for security access as a POC • Created a workflow using AWS Step Functions for security access

• Led a DevOps development team of 5 as the technical lead to build and deploy a finance application using cloud foundation, Angular, NodeJS, MySQL backend and a Java workflow tool to manage assets within the company. • Led the decision to bring protractor into the project to functionally test the UI as well as help teach the developers to use it for faster implementation of functional testing. • Built the supporting services for CI/CD for front and back-end services using GitHub and TeamCity. • Met with the developer team to run code reviews, mentor and support when needed. • Quickly ramped on the third-party application IBM Business Process Management System (a workflow tool) to build an asset management application. • Made architectural decisions on an application with security, design framework, entity data models (using Entity Framework) using C# which was used to close the financial books for the company. • Developed web services using .NET to replace a hard-coded processes and save hundreds of hours a year. • Supported the company SAP code and brought a tool to automate the input of data to save thousands of hours a year.
