Moreover, worked with developers and designers to establish requirements and feature estimations, user stories, and managed sprints through JIRA to achieve a series of 3-month product roadmaps.

Created a series of 6-month product roadmaps, using Scrum methodology through JIRA. Also, responsible for the creation of new analytical tools and dashboards using real-time data that got implemented by 50 different offices across Brazil for performance and financial management, enhancing AIESEC’s knowledge on internal customer flow and market segmentation performance.

Software Engineer

Worked in a team of 3 ML Engineers to build a product that would revolutionize security procedures on the public sector by enhancing vigilant cameras functionality. The team was able to implement Tensorflow / Keras libraries to train neural networks in order to achieve detection of potential crimes via video and image recognition. Achieved to build a CNN model with and average of 90% accuracy.
