Performed data collection about the genes involved in Ovarian Cancer and some Indian medical plants used to treat the same. Performed Enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis for the common genes extracted from the selected plants and genes involved in the disease using DAVID Bioinformatics Tool. Used Schrodinger Software to perform docking between the target genes and the compounds selected after the screening process.
