Face Mapping AI: Detected skin ailments like redness, oiliness and acne with deep learning using Mask-RCNN, performed machine labelling, model training, tuning(mAP-0.88) and deployed as Django app in production. Customer Segmentation: Evaluated e-commerce promotion effectiveness, followed by market basket analysis,segmentation based on customer behavior and life time value. Identified major segments for targeted marketing. Repurchase Prediction: Trained a Random Forest model, creating more than 100 features to predict a second purchase with accuracy of 96.6%, generated decision tree visualizations to interpret the incentives. Live Chat Forwarding: Developed a live chat classification pipeline based on landing page and first chat to be forwarded to a suitable agent. Achieved an F-1 score of 0.95 on an imbalanced dataset.
