During my internship with Brain O Vision, I had the opportunity to lead a team in developing a smart surveillance and fire response system as my final year project. Representatives from Brain O Vision came to my college to facilitate this internship, providing us with invaluable hands-on experience. Our innovative solution utilized an IoT HD video system integrated with an Arduino-driven robot to enhance safety and emergency response capabilities. As the team leader, I coordinated our efforts, ensuring effective collaboration among team members while overseeing the design and implementation phases of the project. The surveillance component enabled real-time monitoring of designated areas, delivering critical data to security personnel. In the event of fire detection, the system would automatically trigger alerts and initiate response protocols, including notifying emergency services. We prioritized creating a user-friendly interface to make the system accessible for non-technical users. This experience not only strengthened my skills in programming and electronics but also refined my project management and leadership abilities. It ignited my passion for leveraging technology in real-world applications, particularly within the realm of safety and security.
