Ô Day-to-day Test-Driven Development (TDD) in the backend, serving both clients and our internal team. Full ownership and responsibility for projects, from requirement gathering to code deployment. Introducing innovative ideas and leveraging efficient development trends. Ensuring timely delivery of projects. Ô Internal Projects Ô Prospects and Executive Dashboard: The Prospects and Executive Dashboard is a centralized platform used by our internal team to pitch jobs to shortlisted candidates. It displays recommended jobs for the candidates and enables our team to apply for jobs, pitch opportunities, gather missing information, and track actions taken through notes. Ô To Be Sent Dashboard: The ”To Be Sent” Dashboard is an integral part of our internal team’s workflow, facilitating the processing of candidates and their subsequent transfer to Points of Contact (POCs) once their applications are completed. This dashboard streamlines the candidate management process within the Prospect/Executive dashboard. Ô External Projects Ô Talent Partner(TP) Dashboard: It is our latest project that I spearheaded, taking charge of everything from requirement gathering to code deployment. In this dashboard, many TPs can come and upload profiles to our website. They can also see the active jobs, and apply on the jobs. It is a centralized platform, enhancing efficiency and collaboration in the talent acquisition process.
