Frameworks Async and Messaging Services - DevOps Engineer (Feb 2020 - Present) • Develop and update functionalities using Spring Boot framework and Java. • Create and maintain dashboards using ReactJs and JavaScript for issue triaging, application health checking, true-up checks across multiple environments, property management, SQL query, and test management which reduced quarterly non-production issues by 95%. • Provide full application development life cycle support, creating prototypes, development, quality assurance, deployment, on-call support, and contribute to functional improvements and team’s agile and engineering practices. ASSET (API Self Service Enabled Tool): Project Lead, Front-End Developer (Mar 2019 - Jan 2021) • ASSET is used all over T-Mobile by the employees for testing and troubleshooting of applications that are in production and non-production environments, resulting in 70% faster issue resolution. It displays production reports, proxy endpoints with its appropriate target endpoints, and details based on an endpoint URL that is throwing an error, it has a global search feature to search any keyword and get results. • Technical lead, involved in designing, developing the website using Angular8 framework and maintaining the application. • Managed and assigned the backend related tasks which are implemented using Spring Boot framework and integrated with Apigee Edge, Oracle Database, and MySQL database into fetching required information. Subscriber Dashboard-Front-end Developer (July 2020 - Sep 20200 • Subscriber Dashboard is built for the Order Management team which displays MSISDN order details distributed over multiple systems and backends. Consolidated data of multiple MSISDNs can be loaded simultaneously and downloaded as per requirement reducing 90% of data collection time over the systems. • Fostered the design and developed using ReactJs and ES6, built a responsive design supported by all devices and browsers. Readiness Dashboard - Technical Lead, Front-End Developer (Jan 2020 - Jul 2020) • Readiness dashboard collects application health details, CPU, and memory usage details across multiple teams in a consolidated dashboard, fetching data from PCF API and AppDynamics API. Data for each team can be updated and monitored reducing triage time by 30%. Architected and implemented the client-side using ReactJs and ES6. Lucid Dashboard - Front-End Developer (Jun 2019 - Dec 2019) • LUCID Dashboard shows the active tickets for defect triaging and the tasks that can be assigned, using the administrator feature, to employees of T-Mobile all over the company. The application is integrated with Outlook which triggers and displays emails related to the active tickets, which can be checked and replied to. • Pivotal in developing the application’s user interface and functionalities using the latest version of React.js. • The backend of the application uses Spring boot framework and is integrated with Jira API to fetch the tickets, and MySQL database to store the required information. Blockchain Billing Prototype - Full-Stack Developer (Nov 2019 - Dec 2019) • T-Mobile user billing prototype is built using blockchain technology to compute user call and data usage billing total and store it in a block and chain format to establish a more secure transaction and user detail security. Built using Node.js and JavaScript for the backend and the front-end is built using React. • Presented the idea and the prototype demo during the annual T-Mobile hackathon, securing the first position.
