Took responsibility to gather the requirements from BA and other stakeholders Took complete responsibility for delivering the code by involving in code reviews, pushing the build to further environments. Took ownership of delivering the complete transaction processing engine by following agile scrum and with daily standups. Took responsibility to provide all technical issues faced by the team members and resolved and unblocked the team quickly. Worked with ba's, manager, and tollplus stakeholders to understand the objectives for the project and translated them into engine design and development. Always ensured rapid development and quality code delivery. Proactively worked on bottlenecks in the system and resolved those problems and issues. Continously interacted with the team to identify the potential in each resource and utilize the same for the project. Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project to the best of my knowledge. Took ownership of identifying the project risk and planning actions with the project manager at the module and integration level. Created a healthy environment among the team members.
