• Part of the development team for KMG’s MVP, a low-code agent portal for MGAs and carriers, enhancing product launch efficiency with customizable features. Added a reporting feature and resolved various front-end and back-end issues. • Worked on Socotra, a cloud-based insurance platform, configuring lines of business (LOB) and integrating it with KMG’s MVP through REST APIs for client demonstrations. • Engaged with IMS, another insurance management system, understanding and integrating IMS SOAP APIs with KMG’s MVP for client demonstrations. • Configured a chatbot demo using the OpenDialog platform, successfully showcasing KMG’s capabilities to potential clients through the BA team’s pitch. • Gained in-depth knowledge of Socotra REST APIs and IMS SOAP APIs, contributing to seamless integration projects and enhanced client demonstrations.
