Joined as a senior software engineer, but quickly proved my expertise by leading a team and architecting one of the complex pages in Vimeo, the user profile page (Reference: vimeo.com/staff). The profile page redesign led to an increase in user activity and registrations on Vimeo. After the success of the profile page, I was provided with an opportunity to lead a team of 5 engineers to improve the site speed, SEO and accessibility of all the web pages in Vimeo. With the help of the team, brought the site speed of some of the major marketing pages from 30 to 90+. (Reference: vimeo.com/features/screen-recorder and logged out homepage vimeo.com). This led to a decrease in bounce, an increase in upgrades of plans and a higher click ratio of the features on Vimeo leading to increased business revenue.
