My Role: - I am part of production support team which takes care of the application from technology point of view. • Taking Technical user requests. • Perform Health Check of the Applications. • Performing configuration changes as an when required. • Incident Management and Communication to Business users. • Monitor Incoming traffic from upstream. • Triaging Production Issues and Incidents
