• Worked using Ruby on Rails to create multiple scalable Services, Models, Jobs, APIs, and Specs. • Fully-Managed Feature flow and Backend development for Teaching-Assistant Help, which receives 35k tickets monthly by 25k+ learners and catered by 400+ TA’s • Reduced AVG Response time (40s → 5s) for TA-dashboard using query optimization, refactoring and caching. • Special Recognition for optimizing the Impact score formula which reduced TA’s cost by 8% and managed different stakeholders (Product, Ops, TAs, Tech) during a sudden burst of TA’s support issues. • Restructure the payments of help requests, supported with data-driven custom conditions and auto fallback strategy. • Implement role-based session restrictions for users, restrictions applicable to more than 30k users. • Implement and managed AI-Assisted HelpRequest backend as an alternative for current Teaching assistant help.
